Please note that each case is different and the result will depend on the facts of each case, the criminal history of a defendant, and the nature of the charge.  Concerning pending cases, no result should be expected by anything contained herein.

Explanations:
Deferred Adjudication - a probation that does not result in a conviction
Pre-trial diversion - an agreement with the prosecutor to dismiss the case after a specialized probation
"120 days in jail probated for 2 years" - In this example, the defendant is only subject to 120 days in jail if he violates his 2 year probation
Pled in Bar - A dismissal of a case when the defendant pleads guilty to a separate case
